New Schedule, New Classes!

YOGA1Changes include: Candlelight Yoga on Mondays; Mommy and Me now Tuesdays only; and two new Friday night classes at Indigo Wellness Center starting in January.  Also, check back for additional Mommy and Me classes around the Salem area.

Monday

6:45 p.m. – 7:45, Slow Flow/Restorative (All Levels) @Yoga Revolution

Let your body, mind and soul unwind with slow flow/restorative yoga. Indulge as you connect your body and breath while moving your body deeper into each posture. Your practice will end with restorative poses to help you experience total body relaxation.

8 p.m. -9 p.m. Candlelight Yoga  (All Levels) @Yoga Revolution

Done in a room lit only by candlelight, this session will help you relieve the stress of your day. Join us while we flow through poses to help your body relax and let go. Leave feeling restored and ready for a great night’s sleep, free from worry.

Tuesday

1:30-2:30 p.m., Mommy and Me Yoga (All Levels) @Yoga Revolution

This class is designed for mommies (or daddies) with babies 0-9 months. Come get a workout as you bond with your baby and spend time with other new parents. This fun style of yoga allows you to get in some much needed exercise and stretching while interacting with your precious little one at the same time. This class will begin Tuesday, October 2nd and Friday, October 5th at 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday

 

6:45 p.m. – 8:00, Yoga Fundamentals (All Levels) @Yoga Revolution

This class is designed for beginner and experienced yogis. Each week we’ll focus on a different asana or alignment principle to help you enhance your yoga practice and to help you experience yoga from a new perspective. Come, join us as we learn the fundamentals of yoga together.

Thursday

7 p.m.-8 p.m. Prenatal Yoga (All Levels) @Yoga Revolution 

Come practice yoga in a safe environment, meet other expecting mommies and bond with your growing baby.  This class will offer modifications to classic yoga poses to help you stretch, build strength and create space for your growing baby belly.

Friday

4:30 p.m. -5:30 p.m. Hatha (Level 1-2) @Indigo Wellness Center *Starts January*

This is a great class for students with some yoga experience. During this practice you’ll experience a combination of asana (posture) and pranayama (breath). Delve into each posture and feel your breath as it helps your bring more awareness to your body.

5:45 p.m. – 6:45, Slow Flow/Restorative (All Levels) @Indigo Wellness Center *Starts January*
