Descriptions:

Gentle Yoga
In Gentle Yoga you will experience breathing exercises (pranayama), gentle movement, stretching and yoga poses that will be adapted to meet your needs. Props will be used in most poses helping you to practice each pose, regardless of ability. Gentle Yoga is suitable for: All levels, expecting moms, seniors, students who are recovering from injury (with doctor approval), students who experience stiffness or tightness. *Please bring a mat, and a thick towel or a small blanket.

Yoga+Flow
In Yoga + Flow you will experience Vinyasa yoga (flow) coupled with holding poses for several breaths. Both flow and holding poses help to generate heat in your body. Holding poses for a lengthened amount of time not only helps to build muscle, but also gives you an opportunity to work on correct alignment. Every class will begin with breathing exercises, and end with stretching and Savasana (a restorative pose). This class is a strong class with a lot of focus on upper body, core and leg strength. While modifications are available, many poses may not be suitable for those recovering from injuries or who have tightness/discomfort in the wrists, shoulders and knees. All levels are welcome. Some yoga experience will be helpful. *Please bring a mat, and a thick towel or a small blanket.
Yoga Jam
What a better way to spend a Friday night! Listen to upbeat, popular jams while you build strength and internal heat. This Vinyasa (flow) style class includes breathing exercises, strength-building flow, core strengthening exercises, stretching and Savasana (a restorative pose). This class is a strong class with a lot of focus on upper body, core and leg strength. While modifications are available, many poses may not be suitable for those recovering from injuries or who have tightness/discomfort in the wrists, shoulders and knees. All levels are welcome. Some yoga experience will be helpful. *Please bring a mat, and a thick towel or a small blanket.signiture copy copy
