Updated Schedule


Here is my current schedule. I am working on getting another evening class on the schedule and perhaps bringing back an a.m. Gentle Yoga on Saturdays.

Monday 8:05 p.m.: Yoga + Flow + Candles 😉

Tuesday 9:30 a.m.: Yoga + Flow

Wednesday 5:30 p.m.: Yoga + Flow

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. Yoga + Flow

*No classes Saturday, October 11 through Saturday October 19, due to a time of rest, relaxing and renewing with my family. Classes will Resume Monday, Oct. 20.



In Yoga + Flow you will experience a slow-paced Vinyasa yoga (flow) coupled with holding poses for several breaths. Both flow and holding poses help to generate heat in your body. Holding poses for a lengthened amount of time not only helps to build muscle, but also gives you an opportunity to work on correct alignment. Every class will begin with breathing exercises, and end with stretching and Savasana (a restorative pose). This class is a strong class with a lot of focus on upper body, core and leg strength. While modifications are available, many poses may not be suitable for those recovering from injuries or who have tightness/discomfort in the wrists, shoulders and knees. All levels are welcome. Some yoga experience will be helpful. *Please bring a mat, and a thick towel or a small blanket.

4 classes-$36 (10% savings)

8 classes $68 (15% savings)

12 classes $96 (20% savings)
